I have had a lot of great feedback about my new site, Designer TOU (http://digitalscrapbook.com.au/designtou). Many people are very pleased about having about a one stop site to display and view Designers TOU.

I have heard many Professional Scrappers and Designers say it is difficult to find designers terms of use to determine whether or not they can use their products.
I have decided that something needed to be done about that and launched a new site called Designer TOU (http://digitalscrapbook.com.au/designtou).
Designer TOU is a central place were all Digital Scrapbook Kit designers, Resource Designers and Font Designers can list their TOU as well as a listing of designers around the web. As the site grows it will prove to be a valuable resource to all types of designers in the industry as well as a form of FREE promotion. Included with that listing you can add links to the sites you are selling at and your email contact details. This enables your customers to always be able to easily find you and always be able to easily access your up to date TOU.
As an added bonus there is also a designer listing, for those not interested in looking at TOU and just want to know where their favourite designers are at.
Once designers register and are logged in, they are able to keep Terms of Use up to date at all times. To keep the listings current, they expire after 12mths, but designers are sent reminders before this happens so that they can keep their listing current.
Designers are welcome to link to their TOU from their blogs, websites and terms of use in their kits so that their customers can always find the most current and up to date information.
The resource is for your benefit and is a great resource for YOU and YOUR customers. The bigger the resource grows, the more valuable it will be to your customers, so add your listings now, and give your customers a place to find out which store you are at now, and easily find your TOU.
