Hopping on the Lightroom Band Wagon!

Ok, ok . . . I'm a little late in getting started but I have been perusing the posts with all the great effects in them like jensurge has been getting and I LOVE them!

Yesterday, I downloaded the trial for Lightroom and I can't stop playing! My daughter downloaded a trial tonight and she is also having a ball! Thought I would post one of our youngest dog, Bailey, that I just love. I loved the original but the modified one is so much nicer!

I used Kelsey's Tunnel preset on it.

Isn't it great? I've only got a few days of the trial left and am trying to figure out how I can scrounge up the money to keep it. I love what it can do for photos.

What is the cost for lightroom?

I think the regular price is $299 but if you are a student or a teacher, have a child or spouse that is a student or happen to be married to a teacher (like me lol) then you can get it for $99 through the Adobe Education Store or for $98.95 from Education Superstore. I love Lightroom too!

I am having a hard time with the one site you have listed in your blog.

I go to the site and d/l the Lightroom preset after giving my info and all it gives me is a "read me" file. Did that happen to you?:blush

I agree, LR is awesome!

You can find a few coupons on the net for the adobe store, I think one is 10% & the other is 15% off.. And best of all, they can be combined ;)
