Who has time to play with two photos?

My daughter got engaged and I took some photos of her ring,but they turned out bad. I tried with a flash without a flash. I thought I could fix them.Who wants to try to make this photo look better? I have tried on two different programs and can not fix them. Before I gave up, I thought someone here might be able to help.
