Scrap 4 Hire fees?

I've been asked to scrap pages for several people. Are there "standard" rates? I just have no idea what to charge. Any advice?

my standard answer is to decide what you believe your time is worth, time yourself making a few layouts, then do the math to set a price per page or just log your hours and charge by the hour. Don't forget to add in printing fees, supplies if you need to purchase additional kits for the project, and factor in some 'profit margin' to cover unforseen circumstances.

That's the short version, anyway.
