Terms of Use for Sara Ellis, 2008
This kit is for PERSONAL use and SCRAP-for-HiRE only. Commercial products available separately
In addition to be able to use the art freely for personal use, you may create scrapbook layouts, photo cards, candy wrappers, invitations, personal (non-commercial) web pages, posters and other derivative artwork for sale to a third party under the following conditions:
1. Must be in a home-based business setting.
2. The final product sold must be supplied to the customer as a flattened .jpg and/or in printed format.
3. For web applications, resolution is limited to 1000 x 1000 pixels.
In addition, you may:
1. Use the art in any capacity within a non-profit agency such as PTA, church, women's shelter, etc. (credit would be greatly appreciated, but not required.)
2. Use the art on letterhead and business cards, pamphlets, brochures and catalogs provided that the item is not reproduced more than 2,000 times.
***If there is another form of art, not listed, that you are interested in using the product for, you may contact me for a limited license.
You MAY NOT:
-you MAY NOT claim these graphics as your own
-you MAY NOT create quickpages to sell or give away using these graphics without prior permission.
-you MAY NOT use these graphics to create tubes or brushes
-you MAY NOT share these graphics, nor may you upload them to any file sharing site.
-you MAY NOT use these graphics to create obscene, pornographic, objectionable,illegal or immoral works.
-you MAY NOT use these graphics to create scrapbooking kits, templates, embroidery designs, rubber stamps, or for any mass production.
-you MAY NOT add these graphics to any CD or collection for sale.
-you MAY NOT share these files. The only exception is with members of your immediate household, such as a spouse, child, or parent living under the same roof as yourself.
-you MAY NOT use these as any commercial scrapbooking kit or product.
***Full commercial use products are available separately with separate commercial use licenses attached.
CREDIT:
*Personal use - Please credit Sara Ellis when showcasing in any gallery, magazine, or other online sharing host.
*Scrap for HiRE - credit is not required, but it is appreciated if there is a workable manner in which to credit me.
This standard, S4H license agreement replaces any TOU or license agreement currently attached to any goodie by Sara Ellis as of 2/26/08.
