4x6 photo album brag book

I'm wondering if you guys have any great place to be an inexpensive, but not flimsy brag book. I have been asked to make one as a gift for mother's day, and I thought my local craft/scrapping store would have a nice selection, but there was only one choice, and it's rather flimsy, with just a heavy paper/cardboard cover and I don't feel comfortable charging the amount I did with that album, but there seems to be no middle ground. Please help?

We have a 4.25 X 4.75 size. It is not listed on our website but it is available in our free software. You can design a book using our software and we will print and bind and ship it to you.

Have you tried Walmart? They have a variety.
