If something is S4H approved are we allowed to make a quick page or template to re-sell?

Creating QPs typically requires commercial use products. MOST designers prohibit this in their Terms of Use. You are going to have to read EVERY terms of use file. Contact each designer for permission. Some will allow it and some won't. Good luck!
