Change Design Name? Is it too late??

I started digiscrapping last fall - the main goal - to catch up!!!!

Now I've found design and it is refreshing and helps fill the void when I need something I don't have in my stash.

So I've handed out 6 kits in 3 months - about one GB of freebies under the name Scraps for Sarah Belle (my dad used to call me Sarah Belle), but I've come to realize that its pretty long and so I'd like to change it to Sarah's Scraps.

Do you think it would be a big deal? I googled my name and it doesn't have any hits except my own entries :cry: :shrug:.

Should I go back and repackage and upload to 4shared? All my freebies are currently still available on my blog (http://www.myscrappinevolution.blogspot.com). Right now I don't have plans to sell, but as my kids get older and I can handle deadlines other than my own those plans may change.

I think changing the name would be fine. For the next little bit you might want to include both names so that people know who you are. OR just include a fka (formerly known as) statement in your TOU.

You could use the old name as a tag line. So your logo or whatever might say

Sarah's Scraps
scraps from sarah belle

Make it a slogan?

Your layouts are gorgeous, and I can see your designs are going to go the same way. Congrats on recognising and using your talent :)

I think you should go ahead if you really want to! It's better to do it now than wait and be unhappy... You're still starting out, and people are still discovering you! I think people will be quick to adjust. I will! I'll even go change the credits on the layouts I have posted for you if you do decide for sure to change your designing name. :) I have to say that I do like your original name though.

so I'll noodle around some more...Scraps from Sarah Belle is just too much typing it seems like...
