I need a blog design please

Yes..I know I'm a designer, but Blogger templates....not so much.

I want something that is me: really fun and funky and pleasing and BOLD....

I would like to be able to pick the kit for use, because i haven't designed anything in the look/style that i want...

Is there anyone here that does that?
Do you have any you've done already? What's pricing like for something like this?
