ISO whimsical kit in blues

I am looking for a whimsical styled kit in shades of blues ( it can have other colors of course, but I need the blue for sure) to make a new banner for my blog. I'de really like for it to have at least one grid or graph type paper included too. I'm not picky much am I LOL!
