Make your own postage stamp kit

I read someone looking for a postage ring they could customize to their specific needs. The kit includes premaded rings for all 50 states, a file that includes all 12 months and the years from 1995-2010. All you need to do is copy the month and date, then paste into the ring for whichever state you need!
