Hey Shannon!
Lauren Grier says she's always had a hard time logging in here. Apparently, she can see the site and the posts, etc., but every time she tries to log in it takes absolutely forever and a number of tries.
What questions do I need to ask her (i.e., program, operating system, etc.) to try and get to the bottom of this?
