Rocking customer service shout out

There are some digi sites that just go above and beyond when it comes to customer service, whether it's how promptly they return emails or just the way in which they deal with any problems/queries etc. I think a lot of the time it's hard to forget that both store owners and designers alike are working really hard to keep all of us scrappers content and drowning in stash :lol.
So to start I would like to extend a big thank you to Amy Martin @ The Lily Pad and Robin Carlton @ Sweet Shoppe Designs, both of you ladies have gone above and beyond many many times and I am truly greatful for the assistance that you have offered. :cheer:yourock now off to do some more:shopping:giggle.

Jennifer Howland over at Inspiration Lane was just wonderful recently when I had an issue with my downlaods... such prompt customer service and followup... I really was impressed!

Definately Catrine at Catscrap. I recently realized that some files I download a month ago (and never unzipped) were corrupt. The download links were expired. Totally my fault, but within 30 minutes, the links were reset and I had my files. Awesome service!

Miriam Lima absolutely ROCKS!!!!! She private emailed me a couple of times, helping me with the string style I was interested in. Then she gave me a copy to try out, free, and then even once I got it working and understood how to use it, wouldn't let me pay her for it. She even offered to call me on the phone to walk me through...how awesome is that???

Just hopping in to acknowledge the fabulous customer service I received very recently from Vicki Stegall at Oscraps.

At present I am away on an overseas holiday (have you missed me?? :lol hehehe) and when I had something to sort out with my account I was very impressed with the prompt, efficient and very professional manner in which this was dealt with. I was more than happy with the way this was handled. This level of service sets a standard for many others to emulate - Thank you sooo much Vicki!!

I must also say that the stores where I purchase most of my 'goodies' all have great customer service - that is something that is important to all of us and I'm sure is taken into account when we decide where to continue to shop.
