Here's one I took this month. Nothing special, but I just love it when I can catch some expression (other than 'doh'), even if it's crying or making a funny face lol.

I'm always open to CC. So I guess I should've opened it up more since it was in the shade, but I often don't think about it/am quick enough as we keep running back and forth between shade and sun. With a smaller f-stop I would also change the SS.

Okay, I'll play this time. Had a photo shoot with my neighbors and their daughter yesterday out at an old winery. A lot of my shots were too soft, unless I was right up on the subject, but this one I definitely like. Photoblast Pro B&W on the photo. ISO 100 1/50 f/5.6 31mm. NOT a world-class photo, but it does crack me up :)

I am such a goob to not comment!! I admired all of the pics but didn't leave any comments!
I think they are all so sweet though!
I especially like that upclose son of your son Angela! so sweeeet!
And Karen, I totally understand getting cute expressions! I hate the "zoned" look that I get most of the time.
My little rascal. :) Not the best photo ever, but I love DS' expression on this one. Especially since of late all he does is turn his back when he spots the camera. I've used the Pro B&W and Pro Sattle actions from PhotoBlast, and combined them with a Aly's Vintage action.

Karen your dd is so cute! I totally understand how hard it is to keep up w/ the settings when chasing after toddlers! That is something I struggle w/ too. I usually don't do full manual mode b/c of that---but that is something I need to work on.

This is my favorite picture I've taken of Melissa in a long time - and it almost wasn't!!! I'm sure you all read about my photo erasing fiasco - well I had sent this one in a PM to Shabby Miss Jenn and her computer saved it - FULL SIZE!!! I have to figure out how I'm going to scrap it now.
This is totally untouched, taken in natural sunlight with a point and shoot! I can't wait to get a dSLR!!!!
