I feel that having a multiple new Acorn threads saying the same thing over and over again is starting to take over the forum. The same thing with the Troopergate threads if more are posted.

It would be nice overall if the same topic could be contained in one thread. I guess not everyone agrees with doing that, but it just seems easiest to follow. Especially when the same person is posting each new Acorn thread. Couldn't the original thread simply be updated with the new information in the first post and then *updated* added to the topic line? I think that would just be so much easier for everyone to follow.

I don't want to combine them. They're separate threads for a purpose. None are duplicated, and they are pointing to an increasing awareness over the severity of the ACORN issue. Of course we can't can the issue now can we, wouldn't that be censoring?

Pretty sure canning the issue was not brought up. And no I don't think they need to be combined either... just like the MANY ISO threads out there in Scrap Talk... some repeat quite often...

Just want to add I've been thinking about this request, and I really don't want the current threads combined, personally.

BUT, going forward I will post new information regarding Obama's ties to ACORN to one thread and not start a new thread each and every time. Its a serious issue that we need to stay aware of. I do believe doing it this way could be as effective as individual threads and I'm willing to comply.

Either way, though, that's just my 2 cents. And you know what 2 cents buys ya...

I don't care if a new ACORN thread is made each day. I'm just not going to read them anymore. If we were looking for frayed ribbons we'd have it in the same thread and those would be merged.
