Oh Texas cold--- it DIPS into the 30's and warms up-

We do occassional get really cold weather- and then we are TOTAL WEENIES!! :lol

When you're tired of the snow you get- think of all the Texas kids who would love it. ( for a few days)

I've been praying for snow since it all melted away last year. Every winter from about October till about March/April I wish for 2 feet a day!! I LOVE SNOW!! I am anxiously waiting for it right now!! Hopefully we will have some VERY SOON!!

Yes, true. I remember being a kid. I loved it. Then I got my drivers license at 16 and I've hated it ever since! lol.

I'm in central Ohio and there were some flakes spotted here this morning. I'm definitely not ready for winter!

There were some flakes around Iowa the day before yesterday, but I think it was farther north and east to me. We didn't get any, but my kids are dying for some too. I say wait til after Halloween. I am not pushing the stroller through the snow.

By mid-October after our Thanksgiving is over I start waiting for and hoping for some snow. By mid-February I am so sick of the snow that I welcome spring. I think it would be different if January and February weren't so cold. I am not looking forward to those cold days but all the flowers are dead and we have had some hard frosts (-11C anyone) so there might as well be some snow for tobagganing, skating and snowmen. Besides hot chocolate is so much better after playing in the snow.
