Okay. I'm fairly new to digi and I have never had a blinkie. I want one, but I don't know how to get the one you all are using for this board or how to post it with my siggy. Can anyone help? (dumb question, I know you can help!) :lol:

Right click on the blinkie that you like and save it on your computer. Once you've done that, host it on a photo hosting site. Many host their blinkies at www.photobucket.com Once you upload your blinkie to photo bucket, you'll get the link to use for posting your blinkie. I think there is tutorial on Announcement section on how to add blinkie in your signature.

:cry: Okay. I got the blinkie into photobucket. The rest of the instructions I need in "Blinkies for Dummies" language, i.e., step by step. Please, some kind soul, please.......

Frankie,

Ok, you have it saved as a .gif file right? (This keeps it blinking!)

Just take the code PhotoBucket gives you and place it between these commands (remove all spaces first):

[ img ] [ / img ]

Then take that entire line, go up to PROFILE (top of the board) and there will be a box in there for your sig line. Paste the code in there and save!

:D Gina, I was a blinkie virgin until you helped me! Thanks for the "Blinkies for Dummies" instructions. (Sometimes when I follow instructions, I think God just has pity on me and helps me do it, because I really don't know what the heck I'm doing!) LOL Anyway, I did it (with much help!!) and I'm excited. I have a blinkie, I have a blinkie,.......
