I've searched around at the tutorial sites I know of and haven't been able to find a tutorial for creating chipboard shapes/alphas. I'd use BriAnna's effects if I could but they don't work with PSE 2.0 on a Mac. Can anyone help?

TIA

There's a subscriber tutorial on digiscrapdesigner. I don't know of any others.

Thanks for the info, ladies. I figured Tandika's site would have a tutorial for them - but joining is not in my budget right now. I tried making my own last night but couldn't get the beveled edges to look right. I'd love to use Bri's actions/effects, but I can't get them to run on PSE 2 on my iMac and I need more RAM to run 3.0 or 4.0. Maybe I'll just try buttons instead of a chipboard star...

Thanks again.

oh, man, now I read the first part about not being able to run her actions!

Sorry to rub salt in the wound!!!

That stinks!!!

There was a chipboard tutorial in the Digichick Dezine that worked well for me - I think it was in the May edition, but I'm not certain of the month - I'll try to find out for sure and come back :)

Lisa is right. AmyJo Smith did a great chipboard tutorial (that I know works in some versions of elements) in the May De-Zine at The DigiChick. Here's the link: http://www.thedigichick.com/boutique/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=21&products_id=754 The De-Zine is only $3. :D

If memory serves me correctly, it's about halfway through the magazine. The table of contents will tell you.

I'm not on my laptop (which is where that file is) right now, but if you're still having a problem, send me a PM or an email and I'll try to help you out. :)

All I see are sample paper packs in my download area that have been freebies already.

ETA: I guess they emailed it to me. It wasn't in the downloads. Thanks for your help, the tutorial is in there.

Is the tutorial in the Dezine for PSP or PS?
