Now that all the knowlegeable people are here I need some help- Have LOTS of kits and tubes, brushes etc that I need to organize. Sure Thing is free and Thumbs Plus is 50.00 has anybody used either of them??

I tried Thumbs plus but for some reason I found the process to be tedious. They have a trial download so you may want to try that. So, then I tried Picassa -- the pngs look awful, so that worked briefly. Then the Digial Scrap Room software came out and that's what I'm using now. I like it so far -- it is easy to back up, the pngs look good, and the organization makes sense (I've added several categories to it.)

I agree with the Thumbs plus I have been trying the free and not real easy. Where did you get the Digital Scrap Room ??

I've been thinking about getting Digital Scraproom software.. how is it compare to PSE organizer? Has anyone tried both and prefer one over another?
I have PSE and had almost everything tagged... with LOTS of different tags.. and one day, I lost it all! I think my catalog got corrupted... Now, I'm scared to do it all over again just to loose it once again!

Does anyone have a link to DigiScraproom?
There was one that was put out by a pea--is that it? It looked great, except you HAD to label everything to be able to search. It didn't search by filename or folder. I have way too many files to label them all--I just can't do that.
I am stuck using Picasa with their terrible PNG viewer.
Does anyone have any other suggestions. I don't mind paying if I get something useful!

Digital Scraproom is GREAT. It makes a list of all of the supplies you use in a layout - very handy for crediting!
Try going to www.digitalscraproom.com !

Thanks for the link. Unfortunately, it was the program that the designer said you had to categorize each single file. I have over Ten Thousand files or more and there's no way I can do that. I know I'm a kit hog--it's kinda like my hobby--collecting kits and never having time to scrap, LOL!
Anyone else have a program they use?
