Scrapbooks about Books?

Has anyone done a book about books you've read and journaled why you did or didn't like the book? Anyone have any examples? I'm thinking about doing the 100 books challenge (reading 100 books in 2009), and I want to keep track of them and remember them.

I have one that I started as a paper scrapper & add to on occasion now with digital pages. Here are some of the digital pages I've done -

Nothing fancy. Just a photo of the book cover, a synopsis of the book & my thoughts about the book. I am only including books that I love. Kind of a scrapbook of all my favorite books. I'd love to have something like that done by my mother or grandmother. So, I thought my kids might like to look at it one day.

Some of the layouts are done with a pre-made page.. but some are done with peoples own kits.
