I took the fall photos for my DD's preschool last week.

I am planning to send them to Winkflash for printing, but since I'm actually getting paid for these I wanted to see how everyone likes them.

How is the quality? My main worries are that they'll crop, and that the color may get messed up.

Any problems with that?

TIA!

I just had a bunch of photos printed by them, as well as some cards, and I thought they did an excellent job ... no cropping issues at all and the color was terrific!

I absolutely love winkflash - prices, quality, FAST delivery, everything. That said, I am not a professional photographer, so am not sure how it compares to a prof. photo lab. Their website allows you to view how they will crop a photo for each size and allows you some movement to center it or whatever. They also have a matte choice option, which turns out very nice.

Good luck with them!

LOVE 'em! I've been using them for about 3 years. The few problems I have had, they've refunded me 100%, no questions asked. They do high quality work for VERY cheap. :)

I've had ONE problem from Winkflash and it probably wasn't their fault anyway. I ordered some 11x14's..second time ordering, and I never recieved them. My mail carrier is a moron, so likely..she dropped them off at someone else's house where they now probably have my wedding pictures on their wall. :) Anyway..I've always liked their quality and price and everything is just what I expect.

I love winkflash...I've had no problems with them.
That said, my friend who is a professional photographer, always uses mpix. I just used them this week for a project I did for the school's auction, and I am just blown away by how it turned out - but in this case, it was because I ordered a huge size (20 x 30), and had it mounted on double weight matboard. I paid $5 extra for fedex overnight, and it came so fast!
Just my .02!

I had one problem with them, but it was a long time ago and I'm sure it is not the norm. I usually use MPIX for my professional work - I love their paper options and color saturation. And the turn-around time is lickety-split!!

I've had only ONE problem in my 100 or so orders with winkflash--- once I got the wrong family's pictures. LOL!

They were lightning fast with getting me the appropriate pics and I'm pretty sure I got a refund too?

Anyway, they're fab!

They're great for my personal photos, but I never use them for clients. I use a pro lab for those.
