Blogger Help Wanted

Hey gals- I want to create a new blog just for my digi scrapping.. How do I get my own banner on the top of a blogger template? Or can I still use a blogger template or do I need to use another template. I am clueless when it comes to that coding stuff... Can someone help??? Also, how do I create more options on the side columns- like avatars and more links lists???????

The best piece of advice I can give you is to just experiment with the html (for sidebar stuff). That's how I got mine adjusted the way I prefer.

As for the header---Lindsay Teague has some tuts on her blog. http://lindsayteague.blogspot.com is the addy, I believe.

editing hinto for blogger -- when you go in an edit your template, make a copy of your working set-up and paste it into a notepad document so you have something to go back to should you mess it completely up like I always do. I don't think CTRL+Z (undo) works in the template editor
