...that's a loser & not a gold member. She shall remain nameless as to protect her from ultimate humiliation. However, she is wondering if there are special things/or a kit(???) for everyone's birthdays or just gold members' birthdays. Make sense???

:lol Well I for one am shocked and appalled that she is not a gold member. I mean, who wouldn't want top of the line kits for $2 a piece? That's just nonsense!

The birthday email goes out to EVERYONE who is registered at DST.

She just needs to make sure that:
1) She is using a working email address in her profile
2) She has her profile set to receive emails from admin
3) Her birthday is entered in her profile. (Be sure to hit SAVE when doing this. It happens all the time, people forget to save!)

Occassionally, an email provider will reject our emails since their automatic and have the appearance of spam. So if that happens, they can just email me and I'll make sure they get the birthday email. :agree
