View Posts since you last visited shortcut?

Does anyone know if there is a button/link/function that lets us just view the posts since we last visited? I've seen this at other message boards I visit, and it is SOO handy! I tend to read the message board more often that way, because I'm only seeing new stuff, not sorting through things I've already read. Thanks!

if you click "today's posts" and you are logged in, it shows a list, and there will be a line, below which it says something like "these messages haven't changed since your last visit"

There is a menu that runs across the top of the forums and one of the items is New Posts. I click on that and it brings me to the new posts since I last visited.

Thanks, Yeah I think the Today's posts is what I wanted. I just didn't think it was because I figured it would be all of today's posts, but now I can read up to the line and stop :) cool!
