Has anyone had to contact Winkflash's customer service? What kind of response did you get?
I got a photoalbum from them recently and although I loved every inch of it, they left 2 pages blank. When I noticed, I double checked that it was not my fault (and it wasn't.) So, I emailed them with all my info, asking how to get a new book printed and send my book back.
That was almost a week ago and I haven't heard a thing. Is this the norm?
