ISO: Tulle pieces, PU or CU

I really like the look of some layouts I have seen that use tulle to tuck behind a photo or between layered papers, etc. However, I don't want to necessarily buy a page kit to get it!

Any commercial or personal use element sets of tulle pieces out there?
