ISO Templates, Hybrid projects for Team Give-a-Ways

I am a mentor for a robotics team...I need ideas!!! We need to be able to produce VERY inexpensive give-a-ways for competition day. We already make buttons.

Last year we made matchbook notepads and people loved them! I do have a Silhouette SD so hopefully it will be able to help us cut things out easier...so would love templates and even GSD files to create with.

Basically we need to put our team name and a graphic on the item. So basically something all made from "paper" for the most part. We have to make I would say around 600 of them up to about 1,000.....and if we win at the hub...we could easily have to make an additional 1,000! So cheap is good...but would love for it to be creative like last year!

Help?! Ideas...please please give them here...and would love to see an example and links!

We won at Hub ... now we'll be going to Regionals the beginning of December! I NEED more ideas!!! please please!

Something we can make from paper to give away ... printables, notebooks ???????? We have to make probably a couple of hundred...so needs to be easy, but look impressive!

Well, how about those ID card holders? Are they called like this? You know, those clear plastic things to put an ID card in. Not sure I where, but I'm sure I've seen a template for them as well. No idea about prices though...

And maybe pens? I'm sorry I'm not really good at this kind of thing. LOL
