What happens if you restart the program?
It has something to do with your color profil..Edit-> change profile.
If this does not help then try to reset your menu preferences..Window->workspace -> reset

Sounds like you switched modes somewhere along the way - I think it's trying to color match between, say a CMYK document and an RGB document. Make sure both items are in RGB (You don't need to work in CMYK unless you are sending to a professional, 4-color printing press like a newspaper).

It's nothing big. You have your working space (you see it when you open a new blank canvas) as Adobe RGB. Chris Ford at 2peas has suggested that that is the best color working space for digiscrapping. Most people have the default set at srgb. All it's asking you is if you want PS to convert the colors in the paper or element to Adobe RGB. You won't notice any difference. When I have a conflict I always press yes to convert it. Nothing will noticeably change. If it concerns you you can always just change your working space to srgb and that won't happen unless the paper is Adobe RGB of course lol. Do a Google search on it and make your own decision of what space to work in. BUT it isn't a huge deal, just press yes convert and keep scrapping :)
My PS started doing that too after I installed my new Canon camera. It seems to like the sRGB. I just switched it to sRGB because some of the scrap stuff I have purchased has been in this format also. That prompt still pops up if I open something I created before changing it. Oh well no biggie as Kim said
