And you will be able to upload to your gallery once you have five posts (http://www.digishoptalk.com/boards/digishoptalk-announcements-questions-10/new-posting-guidelines-forum-gallery-new-members-read-here-228292/).

We have instituted new guidelines for posting in our Gallery and Forums. As a new member, you need to have 5 posts before you can upload into the gallery or send PM's or Visitor messages at our site. This is to help with those who choose to use our site to spam our members. (Please note that it may take up to an hour after you make your 5th post for you to be able to upload or send PMs - the server runs a process once every hour to update user status.)
