Drop Shadow Actions/Styles

I know there are a few threads about drop shadow actions but based on the search I did, they are all a few months old and I know designers are always coming out with new stuff!

Anyway I'm looking for a drop shadow action that gives as realistic results as possible. I used to do my own drop shadows manually but I just don't have the time anymore to achieve that perfect drop shadow on my layouts. LOL
