Hi from NYC!

Hi,

My name is Nertha Gaal and I have been scrapping for less than a year. My main hobby is/was dollhouse miniatures, especifically the 1:144 scale (aka dollhouse for a dollhouse scale). I wanted to create some albums of my miniatures and did a search for "scrapbooking" and I was hooked! Instead of just chronicling my miniatures, I have ended up digging up old photos and scrapping about my family and other things. :)

I have been browsing the galleries and enjoying everyone's talents. It is so neat to see all the lovely layouts and different styles, it really is a feast for the eyes! :)

Looking forward to having some scrapping fun with all of you!

Welcome!!! It's good to have a fellow New Yorker here. I'm also from New York, the Bronx to be exact. So cool that you do doll house miniatures! Can't wait to see your lays when you upload them to your gallery here.

Hi and welcome to DST. I love dollhouses. My daddy built one for my DD over 20 years ago. It is still a treasure. The creation of those little pieces are something else!

Thanks for the warm welcome, Jassie! You live in the Bronx ... I live in Queens! I was in the Bronx not long ago, at the Botanical Garden. Scrapped a couple of layout with some of the pics I took. Will be uploading them to the gallery soon. :-)

Thanks so much, Michelle, for the warm welcome! I'm so glad your dd has a special dollhouse made by her grandpa, it will become an heirloom that will be handed down from generation to generation. :-)

I will be checking out the photo guidelines to make sure my photos do not exceed the limit. :-)
