Can someone link me to instructions on how to use those cool sketchs (like Jen Caputo's)? If there are any special instructions on using them in PSPX, that would be awesome! Thanks.

I'm not sure if there are any cool instructions, but I just use them like a map and refer to them when I'm creating my LOs.

My sketches come with instructions to use them as templates (in the readme file when you unzip them)
I also have a step-by-step tutorial with photos here:
I should update it soon though, if you are using any version of Photoshop prior to CS2 (like PSE or regular CS or PS7 or something) use the shortcut CTRL-G (Command-G on the mac) instead of CTRL-ALT-G when you get to that part.

doh.. I just noticed you were using them in PSP and not photoshop.... in that case.. I don't have scientfic instructions as I don't have PSP but you want to do something like:
1. Use the magic wand to select the piece you want to replace (since they are solid colors this should be pretty easy).
2. Copy your paper or photo into that selection.
(ok that part right there I don't really know how to do.I supposed you could copy the piece of sketch, paste it onto your paper over whatever section you want to use, and then use it as a selection to copy your paper layer and paste it back into the sketch?)
Another option I've heard of is using the paint bucket to fill with a paper?
I have not been able to figure out how to get the sketches to open as layered tiff files in PSP. If anyone has any input it would be greatly appreciated!
