I know Kim offers them. Her site is CG Essentials - here's the link: http://www.cgessentials.com/
What kind of kit are you looking for? Im sure anyone would make a kit if the price was right  I think if you gave a little more details it could result in more responses. :)

There are so many awesome designers here, if you had a few favs maybe you could just pm them. Kim Hill is beyond fab!! She does offer custom kits right on her site (previous poster gave link). Be sure and show us what you get!! :)

hehehe... good point. okay here are more details:
i am looking for a kit to use for my sister's wedding album. since i have yet to find a kit that has sunflowers and is mainly navy i thought i might be able to commission one... i want it to be a little elegant looking and any metal pieces to be silver. is that too picky? i haven't had any luck designing what i want for this myself, and it is really important to me that it looks perfect.

lol...I was gonna suggest Kim Hill too. I believe she's done quite a number of custom orders and I know she did a kit in the past that's good for wedding photos but I think it had rich reds.
HERE (http://www.cgessentials.com/customkitspage.asp) is her page about custom kits.

Thanks for mentioning me, ladies! Yes, I specialize in making custom kits. My book is full throughout the rest of July and I've got a waiting list for August. If you are interested in getting on the August list, just drop me an email.
I do think, though, that I recall a sunflowers kit with navy from a few months ago. I think it was by Ronnie McCray.
