Was off the board at 2peas most of last week and the weekend as well, so I haven't heard anything recently. Any updates?

The designers have gone to another private board to discuss details amongst themselves...work is progressing but I don't have any "official" updates for you!

There are 3 peas whose sons have been diagnosed with cancer in the recent past. This is a collaboration effort on the part of a LOT of designers. There will be a weekend cyber-crop (first weekend of July). There will be 10 "pairs" kits to purchase for $5 each (a pair of designers designs their choice of mini-kit). There will also be a HUMONGO collaboration kit for sale. All proceeds will go to these families. It is a WONDERFUL charity cause, and we hope to see everyone there!

Don't worry! As it gets closer, we will plaster this board with details so you don't miss it :)

The chats are being scheduled now for Friday and Saturday, July 7th and 8th. There will be several chats, and I believe each will have a nominal admission fee which will also go to the families. A lot of hard work and money is involved in this undertaking, including setting up a new website, dedicated server, and all the ins and outs that accompanies a project of this magnitude. Luckily, we have a great group of women involved, especially Kathy Moore who has been working hard to get all the technical aspects set up.

Mark your calendars and I hope to see you at some of the chats. I'll be hosting a BINGO game that Saturday morning!
