You know what~ I usually wear a size 6 ring, so I ordered a 6.5... I took into consideration that it is a wider band and comfort fit.
My mom wears a 6.5, and she ordered a 6.75.
Glad to point these out to you!

You know, I'm pretty sure this is being filmed in my province somewhere...I read something about a local girl and her brothers being extras on the set.

Can you believe we're getting Claire's ring!!! I'm listening to O for the second time in my car right now. It's fine except I get embarassed if ds is in the car when J&C were on their honeymoonhttp://www.crackmanworld.com/inc/libs/editor_files/images/smileys/smiley9.gif

I must admit, I've not read Outlander. BUT, after reading about it on your blog, I went to audible today and used one of my credits to get the unabridged version. Woohoo! Over 32 hours of listening ahead! Maybe I'll actually have all my laundry folded.

Another audible fan!! The next book Dragonfly in Amber is also unabridged. I'm hoping that Voyager will be released by the end of January because they released the first two unabridged books about 3 months apart. Anyways, I'm hoping that they will release it in the next 9-10 days!
Abridged ones are not near as good!

I've been rereading the series since you started the book club awhile aback. Still in Voyager, but it's such a great read, my favorite--starting to get to the exciting part!
LOVE the ring. I've always wanted one too, hmmmm.
And what's this about a movie???????????

I first found the series when I was pregnant with my first daughter...and since then I have converted several to Gabaldon fans. They're a must read in my opinion (no matter how slow Fiery Cross is!!!). I just wish it didn't take her so long to finish one.
I heard she had sold the movie rights to the book but I gotta tell you I'm not very excited about it. How could it possibly live up to the book?? I'm not sure I want to see how someone else interprets Jamie. Now I'm off to check out the ring....

Audible.com released Voyager as unabridged this week. Woohoo:clap :clap That makes 3 unabridged books for the Outlander series at audible. They have released the first 3 at 3 month intervals so I'm hoping that Drums will be released by the end of Aprilhttp://img.photobucket.com/albums/v11/RSOneLight/emoticons/ffaint.gif

....
I know! I was lucky and was introduced to the series just before the release of Voyager, so I was able to read the three straight. I was so surprised when I heard Breath of Snow and Ash was coming, it's like i had forgotten! I'm almost done with Voyager, again, and should probably order the other two so I can just move right into them.
I agree about the movie too. I think the whole cast would have to be unknowns.
