I've nothing to do with CreativeLive, just love their classes/workshops, and I thought you might be interested. While the workshop is being filmed, it's free to watch, and later there's usually a re-watch - also free. The fee for purchasing is $39.00, but discounted to $29.00 while it's being played.
If you frequent Creative Live, you'll recognize John Cornicello as he sets up the lighting and their set. He is very knowledgeable.

Setting Up a Home Studio
A photography studio is expensive to rent — especially if you don’t use it every day. If you've been wanting a studio that's nearby and convenient, what could be more convenient than in your own home?
Spend a day with John Cornicello looking at how to up an effective home studio.
It starts, Seattle time: 1/10/2012 9AM PT
