Any Organization Ideas for iNSD?

I wish I would have made a list. I don't want to miss any good sales. WOndering if anyone else has a plan?

Right now I'm just keeping all my DL'd items in a folder for each store, then I'll sort through them later. It's sooo exciting isn't it?
