I love very the soft, whimsical, elegant and crisp look. Can you point me toward any designers that have this look?

Mindy Terawasa!!! She is THE queen of delicate swirly crisp!! Her stuff is over at Sweet Shoppe Designs and also Scrapbook graphics :)

Second vote for Nancie and Michelle - gorgeous!

Also Sara Carling's latest kits have a similar feel to Mindy's with all the beautiful floral swirls, especially Golden Moments. She's at Scrapbook Graphics as well.

Love Michelle's swirls over at ScrapArtist, and these new ones from Katie Pertiet Fit To Be Fluorished (http://www.designerdigitals.com/ecom/product_info.php?products_id=1208) - can't get much 'crisper' than these
Taran Conyers has some great stuff too
