Need help with layout

What could I do to make this better? I thought about starting over on it. I'm stuck and need suggestions please.

The bright colours take the focus off the photo, what I would do is desaturate the photo to be black and white :) That's generally what I do when I use bright colours. HTH!

I really like Liss's idea of making the photo b/w. I think I would also group the elements together at the bottom of the photo instead of having one in each corner. It would give your eye a place to rest and call attention to the the photo above the grouping.

I love B&W and think a sharp B&W would help. It does compliment colors well. I would get a ribbon that would run across from one end to the other or top to bottom. Also...DROP SHADOWS will work wonders. Almost missed the letters on the left! Otherwise you have a great start!

to me, the title on the left, as delightful as it is, it too similar in size/weight to the photo and really competes with it....but that sure is a NICE picture!
