you know, when you use a tag and it's pulled from two directions? I'm looking for that, preferably rustic or vintage style, as well as other creative string uses, and rustic stitching,
TIA!

Jos,
Fist I say for the string, just tie and scan some. Quick, easy and just how you want it.
Stitching wise, Kathryn Balint has a very different chunkier rustic stitching that looks almost like hemp. It's really fabulous and used it on one of my MMM layouts. And Kathryn is so darn nice to boot I LOVE getting stuff of hers!

Aw, Kim, aren't you the sweetheart?
And Kristin, I agree. I'm not sure exactly what is meant by a tag that's pulled from both directions. I'll help in any way I can, Jo.
