ETA: Found it!
I used this a couple weeks ago and now can't find it!
I want to bring out the subject in the photo while changing the background to B&W and blurring it a bit. This uses the lasso tool.
The tutorial I used featured a red-haired boy at a soccer game (I think soccer) and there were a lot of people in the BG that the instructor wanted to minimize so that the boy would stand out.
I'm almost certain the tut was at Digital Scrapbook Place (university) but cannot find it now!
Anyone know?
