Help with a shortcut - select hightlight

I need to know if I can select this shortcut through the menus:

Ctrl + Alt + ~

It should select the highlights in a picture - but I can´t make that combo on a danish keyboard..

I have tried to search through the shortcut menu, but can´t find it..

select- color range- highlights is the menu command.

On the US english keyboard, that key is to the left of the 1, if pressing that key on your keyboard helps.

This is fantastic - it worked like a charm!!
I chaged my keyboard to english and then the button the the left of 1 worked!
