I found this site that explains how to create circle brushes using balls and bubbles and vector tube script but everytime I try to use it I get one long stretched out ball instead of seperate ones as in this image...

In that first little photo in the tutorial, pay attention to the information that says Scale,Step, Placement Mode, Selection Mode. Make sure you are setting your psp to the same, esp. the Step setting.
