styles in PSE? (4 or 5)

I have downloaded Anna Aspnes curled paper edges - and they have a "style" to install. Can I do this in pse? I have PSE4 and PSE5. If so, can someone help me?

Yes, styles can be installed in PSE. In PSE 4, you install them in your Presets/Styles and Effects directory. Then restart. To install in PSE 5, I found this tutorial because it's a bit different, apparently:
