I have an old photo that I want to fix up.
Here is a link to a layout that I did the first time I scanned the photo in:

Any ideas on how to fix it up? Or should I just leave it alone.

You didn't say what program you are using. If you are using CS2 play with the healing brushes and patch tool on the faces and see what happens.

using PSCS, I went to HUE/SATURATION and desaturated the yellow, then the red. here's what I got. with a high resolution image, you should be able to clear up the blotches with the clone tool or paint brush.

Do you like it the way it is? If not, there are a couple things I could recommend......(1) color correct it so their skin tones are less yellow, or (2) alter the overall image tone to black & white or sepia. You could also run a noise reduction filter on it to help soften up the crinkles in the image. Neat Image has a free trial one and there is also Imagenomic Noiseware which is much better, but it will cost ya.
