HELP! How do I use templates in PS7?

I just downloaded AngelEyes ... and it has a bunch of templates.

I'm thinking that's a sign that I need to learn how to use them.

I've looked all over the 'net, including the archives of this forum, and I can't find step-by-step directions for using templates.

Wait, do you mean Fee Jardine's flower templates? She included an instruction file for those!

OOOOooooooooooooookay ... how do I "Cut paper out..." ???

use magic wand to select the solid flower shape
select the layer in the layers palette of hte paper you want to cut out
hit ctrl+c to copy
ctrl+v to paste :)
