I'll second that! I had problems with a GC a couple of weeks ago and they fixed it within minutes! Yay for their GREAT customer service!!!

i totally agree!! i had a problem w/ a download the other week .. was fixed VERY quickly and i was given a little gift for my trouble too :) yay !

i actually have to do some MAJOR shopping there ASAP .. there's a bunch of stuff on my wish list from there :)

I've had problems too and FPD goes way beyond. They are kind and soooo helpful. That alone makes me shop there.:clap

oh yea..oh yea FPD ROCKS!!! I know that's why I LOVE That place. You would be surprised as busy as these chicks are, it is RARE I don't get an email response (which is alot, lol) within MINUTES!!!

awe.... thanks girls! We try hard to get to everything, sometimes I'm sure someone slips through the cracks! it helps being connected to the store by my phone though :) Now I can be bugged no matter where I'm at! I helped some gal while on the treadmill at the gym last week! lol!!!!
