Has anyone tried out Adobe Lightroom? It seems to be much faster than either my PSE Organizer or CS Bridge. I really haven't been happy with either but don't want to blindly switch to yet another program.

I downloaded that program the other day.. but haven't played with it. Does it also have organizer? If it does.. I'm sold! I'm so frustrated with PSE organizer! It crashed on my TWICE after creating million tags!!!

I have it downloaded since they just started making it for PC users. I think it finally came out a couple of weeks ago, I just haven't had time to look at it. My PSE organizer is slow on my laptop but fast on my desktop. Which is odd because my laptop is like 100x faster then the desktop.
Hopefully I will get around to trying it one of these days! :)

I downloaded it and played with it a little bit. I don't care for it. It just didn't do what I needed it to do. Yes, it was fast. But really. . . I wasn't as impressed at the time. I haven't used it sense. I'll have to fiddle with it when I have more time to just "play".

I downloaded it and really like some of the features, grid, presets etc but no it does not have an organzer that I would use, the library is really only for jpegs I think but for a beta right now it is cool to use on some of my photos.. Def worth the download to play and use.

I'm bumping this up because I finally am taking the time to play with all the different software I've been downloading.
I think this has a LOT of potential as a RAW converter since it has so many more options over ACR, but it's *very* slow at applying the changes at the moment. Hopefully this will be fixed up once it's in public release, but given how slow Bridge can be, I'd be surprised.
