PS brush for scratches?

Hi Ladies (and Gents but I haven't seen any --I think you're lurking),

Does anyone know where I can get a PS brush, free or to buy, that works like sandpaper when you use it on a page so it scratches the surface? Is there one already in there that I'm not finding? I'm using PSE 4 but all the brushes that I've found upto and including those made with PS7 seem to work fine so i'll try any .abr file

Or does any one know how to make that effect? I'd be happy to follow instructions if I could find any --I've been googling for a while now and I'm failing...
