A new action is now available at SBE for PS7, CS, CS2 and CS3. This is a single skin brightening action which brightens all skin tones. You can then go back in and use the mask to remove the effect from areas that don't need it. As always, limited professional use is allowed for photographers without additional licensing fees. Just email me for details. :)
